The Regional Manager will work closely with existing operations staff to drive market growth as we continue to expand across New Brunswick, and will be responsible for the overall performance of Citadel Fence's operations in the region, reporting directly to the President. The ideal candidate brings experience in a contracting environment along with strong business development acumen, and understands how to build relationships and grow a contracting business like Citadel Fence.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch market conditions, competitor activity, and growth opportunities across New Brunswick to guide business development strategyCultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients, builders, and other regional stakeholders through proactive check-ins and consistent follow-upPrepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms to close new businessApply job costing principles to ensure estimates and proposals are priced accurately and profitablyCollaborate with operations and crews to ensure sales commitments align with delivery capacityPartner with the Operations Manager to align scheduling and project execution with client commitmentsUphold consistent installation quality and a high standard of customer satisfactionOversee vendor relationships, materials procurement,
