Project Manager – Holmes & Brakel Limited

We are a leading furniture and workplace solutions provider founded in 1975, serving clients across Canada with design, sourcing, and installation services. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a wide array of Furniture and Architectural Wall projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

- Oversee multiple projects varying in size and scope for both Furniture and Architectural Wall projects.
- Manage projects from initial request to final completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
- Develop and update project schedules, provide performance reports for quality, cost forecast, and scheduling.
- Ensure the project adheres to the client’s design intent while staying on budget and schedule.
- Provide technical expertise to internal team, end-users, architects/design firms and general contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interface with internal/external project teams,



client representatives, consultants, and trade contractors (Furniture installers, Electricians, AV, millwork, etc.).
- Attend site meetings to discuss product capabilities and limitations, and assist with explaining site, loading and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years experience in project management, in construction or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of or experience in the construction industry.

Location & Working Conditions

- Location: Kanata, ON
- Work location: On site, Ottawa office.
- Terms of employment: Full time, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime and travel as required.
- Salary: $60,000 per year.Starts as soon as possible.
