Overview

Our client, a full-service, mid-sized law firm located in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a full-time Intermediate Litigation Paralegal to join their litigation department.

Base pay range

CA$80,000.00/yr - CA$90,000.00/yr

What You Bring

- 5–10 years of relevant paralegal experience (litigation focus preferred).
- Completion of a Paralegal program is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent document drafting abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
- High level of accuracy, reliability, and initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe, and eDiscovery software.
- Salary range: CA$80,000–CA$90,000 , commensurate with experience.

Who You Are

- A team-oriented professional with experience in insurance defence and construction litigation .
- Highly organized, able to work independently, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent technical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, organize,



and maintain document databases using eDiscovery software.
- Review files, identify legal issues, and ensure all relevant records and documents are obtained.
- Assist counsel in preparing for examinations for discovery, mediations, and trials.
- Prepare, draft, and manage legal documentation, including court applications, chronologies, and trial briefs.
