- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Provide Delegations of Task or other training to a care team
- Assess client needs and report back to Care Designer with recommendation on complex care plans
- Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Nursing tasks include - medication administration, wound care, head to toe assessment, vitals signs, pain assessment, liaising with physicians, diabetic management
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises
- Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and/or provide companionship and personal care
- Help clients with their ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living)

Requirements

- COMPASSIONATE, KIND CARING & MAKING A DIFFERENCE in the life of a senior
- Loves to care for others
- Driver's license and a vehicle is an asset but not a requirement
- Negative TB Test
- Valid First Aide/CPR
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Valid LPN License
- Hospital, home care and palliative care experience is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Other languages an asset




- 2 Skilled References
- Comfortable with mobile apps
