- Supports the organization’s HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
- Leads full-cycle recruitment processes
- Oversees employee onboarding, orientation, and training processes
- Supports managers with performance management processes and employee development initiatives
- Acts as back-up support for payroll administration when required
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- CHRP designation is required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in human resources or employee relations
- Experience working within a unionized environment
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and HR best practices
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
