In this full-time, on-site role, you'll engage with a diverse Member base at Meridian Credit Union. Your primary focus will be on understanding financial needs, delivering tailored advice, and actively participating in sales-related activities. You’ll also collaborate with teams across Wealth and Small Business to enhance member experiences and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and assess the financial needs of Members
• Provide insight and advice on relevant financial products
• Support day-to-day banking transactions for Members




• Grow relationships through proactive sales and referrals
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance Member services
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant sales experience
• Solid business acumen and customer service orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and technology
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
