Reporting to the Culinary Manager, you will review menus, follow recipes, and ensure protected food handling. Experience in healthcare cooking and knowledge of therapeutic diets are preferred. A Food Handler's Certificate is required, Red Seal is an asset, and a Vulnerable Sector Check may be required.
