KROON Electric is seeking a Technical Product & Implementation Specialist to own platform onboarding, configuration, and demonstrations for our SaaS platform. You will lead full-cycle implementations, configure client instances, and ensure successful customer adoption.

You will serve as the primary contact for platform users, provide front-line support, and deliver training sessions (remote or in office).
