Reporting directly to the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing baked items, engaging in recipe development, and ensuring food quality and safety. Effectiveness in communication and teamwork will enhance your contributions to the Pastry team as you consistently execute recipes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare breads, dough, and breakfast options
• Create engaging dessert buffet items and plated desserts
• Participate in current recipe research and testing




• Ensure compliance with food quality standards
• Work with the Pastry team to maintain recipe consistency
Requirements:
• Preferred culinary diploma or chef designation
• Minimum two years of baking experience
• Food Safe Certification and WHMIS essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends essential
