Askuity is a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as a division within The Home Depot (THD). Through our supplier analytics program, Askuity’s mission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.

As a program, we stand by the formula: Engagement + Usage = Performance and this role is centered around that formula. You’ll be instrumental in measuring out the results for that formula, pulling together insights that measure the effectiveness of our analytics tools, understanding usage patterns and ultimately prove that looking at data drives the success of our partnerships with our suppliers. We want to continue to drive our credibility and stance within The Home Depot by proving the ROI our program brings to suppliers and the business. Understanding of retail merchandising and strong Tableau skills are required for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Data Systems & Reporting

- Defines, executes and enhances corporate reporting and information systems infrastructure
- Works independently and partners with internal teams to identify and validate data sources, resolve issues,



and strengthen data accuracy and reliability of information systems and program operations

Process Optimization & Change Enablement

- Evaluates existing workflows and identifies opportunities for efficiency and automation
- Partners with internal stakeholders to implement changes that reduce manual effort and technical debt
- Coordinate and liaison with THD partners, vendors and functional teams to gather necessary documentation and security approvals for new and existing vendor relationships
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system usability, promote reporting scalability, and ensure data compliance

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

- Maintains information systems roadmap, accurate documentation, UAT logs, and process maps
- Contributes to the Supplier Analytics knowledge base, supporting retrospectives, onboarding, and team learning initiatives

Project & Initiative Support

- Participates and leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of key Supplier Analytics projects
- Tracks deliverables, monitors risks, and ensures alignment to program goals
- Provides subject matter guidance and informal mentorship to analysts
- Supports a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team

- Significant experience analyzing and implementing process changes to information systems - Tableau




- Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail
- Organizational skills are essential; ability to manage multiple priorities within a diverse workload, track and monitor multiple work activities
- Ability to work independently and with various teams; self-motivated and promotes a positive collaborative working environment
- Strong leadership, coordination, and facilitation skills; ability to organize and manage a team to achieve desired outcomes
- Clear and concise written and verbal communicator; ability to communicate with various levels
- A strong desire to learn and openness to receiving and providing feedback on process improvements/enhancements

Working in an office setting: computer work, camera on virtual meetings

University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Years of Work Experience

5+ years in an operations or analyst role

Certifications

Other Requirements/Assets

- Metric Development & User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Leads research and UAT activities for current or revised metrics to ensure effective validation process in the lead up to releases

Documents backend data logic and architecture

Coordinates cross-functionally to support enablement collateral

- Strong knowledge of Tableau and proven record of building out dashboards
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and analytics
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL
