Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and client consultations
- Prepare accurate estimates for hardscape and softscape projects (retaining walls, pavers, drainage, planting, grading, etc.)
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project execution
- Mentor junior estimators and support team growth
Requirements
- 10+ years of landscape construction estimating experience (residential & commercial)
- Robust knowledge of landscape installation methods and pricing
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Experience with LMN software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
