Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a fundraising team in achieving departmental goals

• Establish KPIs and ensure reporting frameworks are met
Requirements:
• 7–10 years in fundraising with success in major gifts
• Experience managing teams and cultivating donor relationships
• Solid CRM proficiency, preferably Raiser’s Edge
• Post-graduate degree in a related field and CFRE designation
• High adaptability in complex organizational settings
