Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools
- Support Data Warehouse and ETL initiatives
- Conduct data mapping, gap analysis, and process modeling
- Work in Agile / Scrum / SDLC environments
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, architects, and product owners
- Support UAT planning, test validation, and release coordination
- Participate in Cloud migration and API integration projects
- Contribute to AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure traceability between business requirements and technical solutions

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as Business Analyst / BSA / Product Owner / BA/PM
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall environments
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA, or CSPO are assets.

Compensation

- Permanent Roles: $80,000 - $130,000 annually
- Contract Roles: $60 - $90 per hour
- Senior-level opportunities may exceed these ranges depending on experience and specialization.
