As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will provide strategic and technical financial leadership across the organization, driving financial reporting, compliance, audit, forecasting, process improvement, and acquisition integration. Reporting to the Group Operations CFO, key responsibilities include:Provide technical accounting leadership and guidance, ensuring compliance with IFRS and group policies while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficienciesLead the month-end close and financial reporting cycle, including reconciliations, analysis and submissions in line with group requirementsSupport M&A activity and the integration of new acquisitions,
