Responsibilities

- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Leading/instructing individuals
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports




- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establish work schedules
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Prepare budget and cost estimatesEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Qualifications

- Minimum Experience: Two to less than three years
- Education: Secondary School Certificate

- Ability to Supervise: 16-20 people, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Staff in various areas of responsibility
