- Communicate and market current/upcoming events and promotions with enthusiasm
- Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties
- Project positive body language; consistently upbeat, courteous and outgoing with guests
- Ability to manage wait list effectively
- Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation
- Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure
