This role is central to the successful launch and ongoing support of the new line and offers the chance to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team of technicians to keep our advanced manufacturing facility running smoothly. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll ensure safety, drive operational excellence, and contribute directly to our innovative plant improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Guiding and mentoring maintenance technicians to follow safe work practices
- Supporting smart factory initiatives
- Collaborating across production, quality, and HR to keep operations flowing
- Partnering with OEMs and suppliers to source parts and troubleshooting support
- Assisting with maintenance scheduling and intervention planning
- Ensuring strict adherence to the company's maintenance policies and standards
