and executive briefingsCollaborate on due diligence for potential transactions and collaborationsSupport term sheet negotiations and deal structuringBD Operations & AnalyticsHelp design and implement BD processes, tracking systems, and evaluation frameworksBuild financial models to evaluate partnership economics and deal structuresAnalyze market opportunities, competitive landscapes, and transaction scenariosTrack BD metrics, pipeline progression, and market dynamicsSupport relationship management with partners, licensees, and key stakeholdersContribute to strategic planning with data-driven insightsPartner with executive team on strategic decisions and opportunity prioritizationWork cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teamsContribute to developing templates, playbooks, and toolsSupport the growth and evolution of the BD functionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or related field5+ yearsof experience in pharma BD and/or managementconsultingStrong collaborative skills:proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsExcellent analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint,LLMs)Outstanding communication skills:can influence executives and craft compelling narrativesGenuine passion for pharmaceutical/biotech and interest in building a career in this industryTeam-oriented mindset:excited to contribute to building something alongside experienced professionalsDriven and ambitious:ready to learn, grow, and accelerate your career in pharma BD #J-18808-Ljbffr
