We are seeking a Sales-Focused Gardening Team Leader who understands the intricacies of horticulture and landscaping. This role emphasizes crew training and effective communication with clients to drive enhancement sales. Monitor fieldwork quality while coaching team members to meet and exceed service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and support crews with daily routines
• Inspect fieldwork to ensure compliance with standards
• Identify and present enhancement opportunities to clients
• Coordinate with Sales for follow-up and booking
• Submit necessary receipts and manage light admin tasks
Requirements:
• Expertise in gardening or landscaping essential
• Effective communication skills for sales conversations
• Ability to identify and execute small jobs on site
• Organized with an enthusiastic attitude
• Valid driver’s license and physically fit
