As the Aquatics Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with YMCA standards and fostering a service-focused culture. - Manage daily aquatics operations for protected program delivery

- Analyze schedules and resource allocation for efficiency
- Participate in Duty Manager roles as needed Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in aquatics supervision and instruction
- 2+ years in leadership roles with a focus on training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and recreation management software
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certifications
