Job Description
- Be an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our food & beverage experience
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner
- Pick-up orders efficiently from the Kitchen
- Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of set up
Qualifications
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Bartending experience preferred
- Previous food & beverage service experience preferred
- Point of Sale System experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, overtime shifts, split shifts and holidays
- BC Serving It Right Certificate required prior to commencing employment
