Tech-Wood is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will serve as the technology go-to for our team, providing on-site support across two Calgary facilities. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up IT equipment, and ensuring cybersecurity for our growing business. You will also collaborate with the IT Lead on strategic technology improvements to enhance connectivity and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily IT support across both Tech-Wood locations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software, including Microsoft 365




• Maintain and deploy computers and IT equipment
• Assist with onboarding and account management
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of IT support experience
• Robust problem-solving and customer service skills
• Experience with Windows devices and networking
• Excellent communication of technical concepts
• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed
