Much of our code is PHP but this role will be focused on building in Nodejs.AboutIn this role, you will champion high-quality execution by effectively utilizing approved AI tools for implementation planning, code reviews, test generation, and refactoring. Strictly adhere to data compliance policies (PHI, data retention, and auditability).AI Workflow Optimization: Contibute to improving our AI-assisted engineering practices. When AI outputs are weak, help optimize repository instructions, prompts, or context sources to prevent recurring errors.Peer Collaboration & Mentorship: Pair with and guide mid-level engineers on effective AI orchestration—demonstrating how to break down work,
