Temporary Complexity Teacher (0.50 FTE)

The Chinook School Division requires a part-time temporary teacher teaching 0.50 FTE Complexity at Hodgeville School beginning August 26, 2026. Hodgeville School is a K-12 school with approximately 74 students and 7 teachers.

Qualifications

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and an ability to work in a team setting




- A teaching philosophy that reflects a constructivist and cooperative learning approach
- Ability to work effectively within an environment which includes developing meaningful and productive relationships with students, parents, PLC's, professionals and community service agencies
- Demonstrated ability to connect with youth in a student-centered learning environment in addition to having an interest or willingness to connect with students outside of the classroom
- Demonstrates a commitment to truth and reconciliation
- Demonstrates a commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion
- Successful teaching experience or training
- Certified as a Teacher in good standing in Saskatchewan or the ability to be certified
