Responsibilities/Duties

- Perform sandblasting of parts and components to required surface standards
- Apply powder coating finishes according to specifications and quality requirements
- Ensure proper surface preparation prior to coating (cleaning, masking, etc.)
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and defects
- Maintain and operate sandblasting and powder coating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
- Organize and track parts throughout the coating process
- Ensure finished parts are properly packaged for shipment
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment





Qualifications/Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in powder coating and/or sandblasting preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques
- Ability to read and understand basic drawings or work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Forklift experience considered an asset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 drivers license
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
