We are seeking a Lead / Senior QA Automation Engineer to elevate the quality engineering function across our automation and data-processing platforms. This role is expected to assess current processes, design and implement automation frameworks, and establish systematic, scalable QA practices. Working closely with BAs, developers, and leadership, this is a hands‐on technical leadership role for a self‐motivated professional who takes full ownership of quality outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable Selenium-based automation frameworksPerform and oversee end-to-end QA validation — functional, regression, integration, and ETL-focused testing, including data flow validation and expected-vs-actual reconciliationDesign, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for data pipelines, ETL workflows, automation solutions, and dashboard outputsDevelop and execute automated validation suites for server‐side components, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database layers using SQL and NoSQL queriesUI and API testing: Validate web UI behavior and backend services (REST/JSON, etc.), including contract validation, error handling, and negative testingEnsure testability and observability with engineering partnersPerformance testing: Plan and execute load, stress, and endurance testingAnalyze results, identify bottlenecks, and partner with engineering on remediation and re‐testingCreating detailed, comprehensive, and well‐structured test plans and test cases, test estimation, regression testing, test automation development, and other project artifactsReview BRDs and expected outputs (EVs - Expected Values) provided by BAs and drive translation into scalable,



reusable test scenariosValidate data integrity and consistency in Oracle and SQL-based data stores through complex query-based checks and automated data layer testingValidate Tableau dashboard outputs for accuracy, aggregation correctness, and alignment with source dataRequired Qualifications6-10 years of QA experience with strong emphasis on test automation, ETL/data quality, and enterprise automation platformsDemonstrated experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks (for example, Python, Pytest, Robot Framework, PowerShell, or equivalent)Hands‐on experience testing platforms such as Xceptor, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or equivalentStrong, hands‐on experience with Selenium (automation design, framework patterns, and maintenance) and complementary manual testing expertiseProven experience in UI testing for modern web applications and API testing for service‐based architectureHands‐on experience executing performance testing and translating findings into actionable engineering improvementsStrong SQL and Oracle skills for complex data validation, reconciliation, and automated query‐based testingAbility to interpret Excel‐based BRDs/EVs and perform expected‐vs‐actual data comparisons on a scaleExperience using Jira for defect management, test tracking, and workflow governancePreferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and data lake or data warehouse environmentsExperience validating BI/dashboard outputs (for example, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, quality gates,
