As the Development & Community Engagement Coordinator, you will spearhead JSABC's grant development program. You will manage proposal writing, donor recognition, fundraising support, and strategic partnerships. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, you will play a key role in expanding our funding base while supporting community engagement and volunteer initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the grant lifecycle from prospecting to reporting
• Write and submit grant proposals efficiently
• Recognize donors and support fundraising campaigns




• Manage and coordinate volunteer engagement efforts
• Foster community partnerships for strategic growth
Requirements:
• Solid relationship-building and writing skills
• Experience in nonprofit environments preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfort representing the organization externally
• Background in strategy development and execution
