Step into a purpose-driven leadership role with WSP as a Wildlife Group Manager leading the Prairies & North Wildlife team. This position requires strong people management and technical expertise across diverse environmental projects.

As Wildlife Group Manager, youll inspire a high-performing team while shaping strategies and enhancing wildlife services across infrastructure, mining, and energy sectors. Your focus will include project delivery, mentorship, and business development in a collaborative workplace. You will report directly to the Director of Ecology and EIA, facilitating integrated solutions for client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of wildlife professionals
• Ensure project delivery and client satisfaction




• Promote mentorship and career development practices
• Collaborate with Directors and Group Managers for optimal resource use
• Uphold safety, health, and environmental commitments

Requirements:
• Bachelors in Biology, Ecology, or related field
• Minimum 8 years in environmental consulting
• Leadership experience in multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of Western Canadas environmental regulations
• Valid driver’s license and travel willingness
