The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting production, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.What You'll Be Doing:Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and various machining equipment to produce high-quality componentsProgram, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs using G-code and machine controlsPerform machine setups including tooling selection, offsets, fixturing, and adjustmentsOperate CNC and manual machining equipment including lathes, mills, saws, and other shop equipmentComplete machining operations to meet blueprint specifications, tolerances, and quality requirementsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentationPerform precision measurements using gauges, micrometers, calipers, and other inspection toolsAdjust tooling, inserts, speeds, and feeds to maintain quality and improve machining efficiencyTroubleshoot machining issues and make program or process adjustments as requiredPerform deburring, grinding, finishing, and other secondary machining operationsSupport preventative maintenance activities by identifying tooling, coolant, and equipment concernsMaintain accurate documentation and follow established safety and quality proceduresKeep work areas clean, organized,
