Are you an experienced Senior Accounting or Finance professional passionate about financial analytics and process improvement? We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Accountant to join a high‑performing Product Control / Finance team within a leading financial institution. This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders and make a direct impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed balance sheet interpretation and financial analysis relating to banking and capital markets activities
- Analyze regional P&L; statements, business drivers, and support entity structure and revenue transfer reviews
- Partner with finance and business teams to enhance financial reporting and drive process improvements
- Contribute to ad‑hoc analytics, documentation, and reporting requirements while identifying risks and trends
- Support tax analysis and ensure strict compliance with internal controls and policies

Must‑Have Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory)
- 5+ years’ accounting/finance experience in banking or financial services
- Solid hands‑on experience with balance sheets and regional P&L; analysis




- Expertise in interpreting complex financial data
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications

- CPA or CFA designation
- Capital markets product knowledge
- Experience with regional tax, entity structures, or revenue transfer analysis
- Technical proficiency in Excel (macros/VBA) or Python scripting
