Shape impactful ABA interventions as a Part time Registered Behaviour Analyst at Monarch House. You'll be working in a community-based setting across Whitby, Oshawa, and other locations.
In this pivotal role, you will assess, design, and supervise ABA interventions for children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental needs. Your work will focus on collaborating with caregivers and professionals to create effective behavior plans tailored to individual client needs. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and caregiver priorities
• Develop and supervise personalized behavior plans
• Conduct Functional Analyses when necessary
• Train and mentor ABA therapists and technicians
• Collaborate in team meetings with stakeholders
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ASD and Developmental Disabilities
• Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis
• Valid driver’s license and police check
• Familiarity with ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP
• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
