Elmira District Community Living (EDCL) is seeking a Senior HR Manager to be a hands-on leader delivering HR services across the organization. You will report to the Executive Director and partner with managers on policies, recruitment, performance, compliance, and HR systems in a unionized setting.

You will supervise a small HR team, drive workforce planning, metrics, and program improvements, and ensure adherence to the Collective Agreement and Ontario employment laws.
