Key Responsibilities:
• Lead professional practice framework development and implementation
• Drive evidence-informed practice change initiatives
• Create and assess educational programs and resources




• Coach and mentor frontline staff for continuous improvement
• Collaborate across teams to enhance client care and outcomes
Requirements:
• BScN and registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 3+ years in Adult Home and Community Care sector
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of Ontario legislation and standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
