This full-time role entails working closely with the General Manager to drive EHS initiatives across multiple facilities. You'll oversee compliance with Ontario regulations, lead safety training, and engage in incident management as you partner with manufacturing leaders to embed safety practices. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our commitment to creating extraordinary projects safely.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Ontario MOL, WSIB, and OSHA
• Manage environmental permits and regulatory reporting




• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments
• Conduct safety training and coaching sessions
• Oversee workers’ compensation and return-to-work plans
Requirements:
• 5–8+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing
• Robust knowledge of EHS regulatory compliance
• Proven incident investigation skills
• Familiarity with exposure monitoring techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
