Job Title: Route Service Representative

Job Overview

Cintas seeks Route Service Representatives to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, rapid-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Responsibilities

- Act as the face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professional and safe behavior.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications

- Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for commercial truck (must weigh >10,000 lbs.)
- Must meet physical requirements of the position.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self‑motivation and ability to work in a teamwork‑based environment.
- Positive attitude with strong organization and service spirit.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service.
