In your role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting workplace for guests. You will address maintenance requests, perform preventative tasks, and collaborate with management on larger repairs. A basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical concepts is necessary for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain guest rooms and public spaces through various trades
• Respond to guest complaints with an attentive and professional manner
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance procedures




• Document equipment status and maintenance records diligently
• Prevent minor issues from escalating to major repairs
Requirements:
• Understanding of basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Prior hotel maintenance certification or experience is a plus
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations
• Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs and work independently
• Willing to work weekends and varied hours
