Competitive Salary: $83,000-$87,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

Job Duties

- Oversee Fairmont Gold operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and adherence to Fairmont Standards.
- Collaborate with In-Room Dining, Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver seamless service and promote Fairmont Gold offerings.
- Manage room inventory, upgrades, and special projects using Fairmont Revenue Management philosophies.
- Lead, supervise, and develop Fairmont Gold colleagues, maintaining effective communication and service excellence.
- Ensure operational accuracy, safety, financial accountability, and continuously improve guest experiences through feedback and innovative initiatives.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in 4‑diamond hotel front office operations (asset)
- Familiarity with Forbes auditing processes and standards
- Proven record of exceeding guest expectations
- Leadership skills including team management and supervision
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects
- Operational knowledge of Property Manager systems (asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (asset)
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (asset)




- Knowledge of a second language applicable to the hotel/hospitality industry (asset)
