Conduct organizational assessments, design and implement development programs, and provide expertise in change management.

Develop change management plans, assess change readiness, engage staff in change projects, and monitor progress.

Apply tools and frameworks for leadership development, talent management, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.

Cultivate a supportive environment and align organizational strategies with the unique needs of mental health care professionals.

Develop and collect engagement data across the organization and help leaders support a healthy team culture, including psychological safety in the workplace.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Graduate degree preferred

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred

Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred

5+ years of experience in progressive Change Management experience, or 5+ years of Organizational Development experience with an emphasis on change management

Demonstrated verbal and written communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience facilitating all levels of leaders and staff through complex issues





Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
