Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full lifecycle of employee leaves and claims
• Coordinate return-to-work plans collaboratively with teams
• Adjudicate leave requests according to policies




• Maintain records and reporting on health-related leaves
• Respond to employee inquiries about wellness processes
Requirements:
• Certificate in Disability Management or related field
• Minimum two years’ experience in HR or claims administration
• Knowledge of WCB, Human Rights, and Employment Standards
• Experience in public sector environments preferred
• Familiarity with attendance management programs
