You will analyze and resolve incidents, manage billing exceptions, and implement configuration updates across SAP IS-U modules. Your expertise in process improvements using Microsoft Fabric will drive efficiency and automation, ensuring seamless data exchange and device management integration.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze and resolve day-to-day billing incidents and exceptions • Manage operational support for device installations and meter readings • Conduct SAP IS-U configuration updates for billing modules • Prepare specifications for WRICEF objects and billing reports • Identify opportunities for process automation using Microsoft Fabric

Requirements: • Proven experience with SAP IS-U Techno Functional framework • Expertise in SAP IS-U Billing and DMISU-Billing modules • Strong project and team management skills • Proficiency in data exchange processes and IDoc handling • Familiarity with testing procedures, including UAT
