In this essential role reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll manage multiple multi-family construction sites, focusing on compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include supervising construction teams, performing safety assessments, and providing outstanding customer service at project completion. Communication with trade partners will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct construction activities across multiple residential sites
• Schedule and inspect the delivery of materials




• Complete daily safety assessments as per guidelines
• Supervise on-site personnel ensuring safety and quality
• Conduct customer meetings prior to home possession
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a superintendent
• Familiarity with relevant construction codes
• Valid driver's license required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software
