What You’ll Do

- Support Project Managers in coordinating multiple active restoration projects
- Manage scheduling, job updates, and workflow tracking
- Maintain complete and accurate job documentation, including notes and communications
- Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors
- Track timelines, key milestones, and job costs
- Identify issues early and escalate as needed
- Provide administrative and operational support across a high-volume workload

What We’re Looking For

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Clear and qualified communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive and accountable—follows tasks through to completion
- Experience in construction, restoration, insurance,



or coordination roles is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems

- Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance workflows
- Familiarity with job management systems (e.g., Encircle, Dash, XactAnalysis, Symbility)
- Experience supporting high-volume project teams
- Strong documentation and file management discipline
