Reporting directly to the Partners, the Bookkeeping, Manager tasks will follow:ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire bookeeping staff on a day to day basis inlcuding accountants and payroll specialistsAnalyze financial engagement files and prepared tax returns for small business clientsCultivate partnerships amongst internal and external partnersA leader that is constantly looking for ways to develop the department and teamLead and mentor junior staffOther ad-hoc duties are requiredQualifications1-2 years experience in a similar positionDegree or diploma in accounting & financeStrong people management skills,
