Reporting to the Controller, this position focuses on daily accounting operations and financial analyses. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and process transactions, aligning closely with a skilled finance team. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will drive efficiencies in a growing, private equity-backed workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries for various transactions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Process employee expense reports and petty cash transactions




• Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses and liabilities
• Support monthly close process and prepare trial balance schedules
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems
• Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
• Willingness to learn and use AI/LLM tools for efficiency
