We're partnering with a growing, private-equity multi-entity platform, who is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its finance team.

This role sits within a fast-scaling, acquisition-driven environment where finance infrastructure is evolving in real time. You’ll be expected to own, execute, and improve.

Must-Have

- 5+ years of accounting experience with full-cycle close ownership across multiple entities
- Direct team management experience including training and mentorship
- Robust knowledge of IFRS and multi-entity consolidation
- Intercompany transactions & reconciliations
- Multi-currency AR/AP and revaluationprimary audit contact

Nice-to-Have

- CPA or CMA
- Background in private equity or acquisition-heavy environments
- Demonstrated success reducing month-close cycles

Daily Responsibilities

- Oversee a 5-business-day close cycle
- Manage, mentor, and train a team accounting professionals
- Own multi-entity consolidation and financial reporting under IFRS
- Drive process improvements across a growing portfolio
