Join an Identity & Access Management Solutions team supporting enterprise access services in a rapid-paced operational environment. This role focuses on access request triage, provisioning, lifecycle support, and identity-related operational activities across corporate systems and applications. The position supports secure and accurate access delivery aligned with established IAM controls, security standards, and service level objectives.

Contract from September 2026- July 2027, 3 positions Hybrid model in North Van.

Must Haves

- 3-4 years in information security with focus on identity and access management across on-prem and cloud environments
- Oracle Identity Manager , Active Directory security administration , Entra ID , and Azure Active Directory
- Access provisioning , identity lifecycle activities , IAM workflows , and access controls
- HP Service Manager or similar service management and incident management platforms
- Relevant post-secondary education

Nice to Have

- PowerShell scripting
- Identity and access management certifications
- IT security-oriented certifications

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day access request operations including triaging requests, validating details, obtaining approvals, and fulfilling approved access
- Provide access to corporate systems, applications, databases, and information in accordance with security standards and IAM controls
- Analyze access requirements based on business need, role, approvals, and security expectations
- Support identity and access lifecycle activities including provisioning, role changes, and access removals




- Monitor assigned access request queues to meet service level objectives and reduce aged requests
- Diagnose and resolve identity and access-related incidents, problems, and service requests
- Support access reviews, audit requests, compliance activities, and IAM operational tasks
