Summary

As a Logistics Associate you will support store shipping, receiving and backroom operations, ensuring merchandise is processed accurately and prepared for the sales floor. You will pick and ship e-commerce and inter-store transfer orders, manage documentation, and assist with inventory and logistics projects.

Responsibilities

- Receive incoming merchandise, perform quality control, and prep product for placement on the sales floor.
- Manage outgoing shipments, including accuracy of labels, packing slips and RTVs to the warehouse.
- Pick and fulfill E-Commerce and IST orders, meeting targeted unit-per-hour rates and handling shipping documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized backroom and support sales floor merchandising standards.
- Assist with inventory counts,



seasonal preparations, ad-hoc logistics projects and troubleshoot discrepancies.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of retail logistics experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment and inventory management in a retail setting.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage shipping/receiving documentation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and perform physical stockroom tasks.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
