RBC seeks a Senior Counsel in the Public Company Group to provide legal advice to Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Treasury and Compliance on securities and corporate law matters, including quarterly and annual financial reporting and continuous disclosure.
You will support enterprise funding activities, insider reporting, governance issues, input for the Annual Information Form and US Form 40-F, and advice on listings, equity programs and capital markets matters
