MG Properties in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Porter for 3300 Tamarac Apartments. You will maintain exterior areas, perform painting, cleaning, lighting checks, and general maintenance to keep the property welcoming for residents.

Compensation includes $22–$23/hour DOE, monthly bonuses, profit sharing, PTO, holidays, sick time, 401K with employer match, and comprehensive health benefits. This is a full time position with opportunities for growth within our portfolio.
