This full time position involves assessing foot health, managing treatment plans, and fostering relationships with healthcare providers. You will work within a team to ensure optimal follow-up care and client advocacy, reflecting community values and traditions. Your role will be crucial in promoting client safety and holistic wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and manage foot circulation and sensation
• Trim and treat foot conditions like calluses and nail deformities




• Assess clinical targets for foot care service effectiveness
• Coordinate with family physicians and health specialists
• Provide information to clients and caregivers effectively
Requirements:
• Current registration with Manitoba nursing authorities
• Two years' experience in foot care nursing
• Knowledge of local First Nation cultures
• Certification in Foot Care and Wound Care advantageous
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required
